Description :
Dxpc is the Differential X Protocol Compressor, an X protocol
compressor designed to improve the speed of X11 applications run over
low-bandwidth links (like PPP dialups). Dxpc reduces the amount of data
sent between an X server and X client applications by both compressing the
transmissions and exploiting patterns in the transmissions to avoid sending
the same message over and over (instead sending a short \"repeat last
message\" code).
