Description :
This patch provides a new tclNExS binary which fixes
the problems resulting from incompatibilities with the
Tcl/Tk shared libraries provided with Red Hat 5.2 which
prevented the NExS Data Mailer and the NExS Stock Quote
applications from executing.
The patch also fixes a timing bug in the NExS Data Mailer.
