Description :
Globus gridftp server as in VDT 1.2.0 with hooks by
Martijn Steenbakkers < martijnAATTnikhef.nl> for calling
the Local Centre Authorization Service (LCAS) as well as
the Local Credential Mapping Service (LCMAPS). As of version 1.1.0,
the gridftp server has been patched to allow an environment variable
EXTERNAL_GRIDFTP_SRVADDR to indicate the address to be used for data
connections, such that a server on a private network behind a NAT box
may have external third-party transfers initiated by a local client.
