Description :
The EDG-WP4 Local Centre Authorization Service (LCAS), WITH
authorization plugin modules.
Three standard authorization modules are provided:
1) allow-user module (currently the gridmapfile is used)
2) ban-user module
3) timeslots availability module
Other subtasks can write their own plugins.
An example plugin module is included (lcas_plugin_example.mod)
A plugin that checks VOMS attributes in the user\'s proxy is packaged seperately.
