Description :
Run allows you to run a program and ensure that you have only one of that
program running simultaneously, and can restart the program if it dies.
Stopping and reporting of PIDs in the way required by startup scripts is
also supported. Run is implemented cleanly, properly using Sys V IPC and
shared file locking to accomplish its functionality.
