yale-tftpd rpm build for : RedHat Other. For other distributions click yale-tftpd.

Name : yale-tftpd
Version : 3.0 Vendor : (none)
Release : 1 Date : 1998-06-13 18:18:56
Group : Networking/Daemons Source RPM : yale-tftpd-3.0-1.src.rpm
Size : 0.04 MB
Packager : Riku Meskanen < mesrik_cc_jyu_fi>
Summary : Trivial file transfer protocol (tftpd) server with access-lists.
Description :
The trivial file transfer protocol (tftp) is normally used for
booting and storing configuration files for diskless workstations
and arbitrary networking devices.

Standard tftpd provides very little security, and should not
be enabled unless it is needed. In the case tftpd is needed the
yale-tftpd server provides better control via /etc/tftpd.conf
configuration file access lists.

You can have only one tftpd server, either the standard (BSD)
based tftpd or this yale-tftpd enabled at time. The tftpd service
is disabled by default.
