Description :
Deny manages tcp wrappers. It runs from hosts.deny and prevents hosts
from connecting to your server. An unauthorized connection will get a
window that will pop up telling them they are not authorized to connect.
After two tries a mail message will be sent to root. After three tries
the host is firewalled.
