Description :
This is a FORTRAN library compatible with both g77 and f2c. It is required
to create executable programs from compiled FORTRAN object code. It can
also (I think) replace the f2c libraries for f2c use.
You will need this to use the g77 FORTRAN compiler, and may also want this
if you have f2c.
