Init_image - initialize a BIFF image

IMAGE Init_image( int nbands, char* title );
DESCRIPTION
Initialize a BIFF image; allocate the band pointer andimage info record, and assign values to the"nbands" and "title" fields. Bands must also becreated before you may use the image.
RESTRICTIONS
