fhtPhase - find Fourier transform phase from Hartley transform
SYNTAX

int fhtPhase( IR_BAND inband, IR_BAND outband );
DESCRIPTION
fhtPhasecalculates the Fourier transform phasefrom a Hartley transform. The phase is identical tothe phase calculated from the Fourier transform,and the Hartley transform is significantly faster.The phase values are in the interval 0..2PI.
RESTRICTIONS
Bands should have equal size. Currently, only singleprecision float values are accepted.

0 => ok
1 => bad pixel type input
2 => bad pixel type output
