Imake_band - create a new BIFF band
SYNTAX

IBAND Imake_band( IPIXTYP pt, long xsize,
long ysize );
DESCRIPTION
Allocate (using
malloc(3)) virtual memory for a2D band, initialize pointers, and return pointerto the band. The band will have pixel type
pt,horizontal size
xsizeand vertical size
ysize.The first band pixel is aligned on a boundary for DCOMPLEXdatatype.
NOTE: The pixel values will not be initialized.
RESTRICTIONS
Legal pixel type, xsize and ysize GE 1.
