Iget_roi - return Region Of Interest of BIFF band

BiffStatus Iget_roi( IBAND band,
long* roi_xstart, long* roi_ystart,
long* roi_xsize, long* roi_ysize );
DESCRIPTION
Returns the ROI attributes of the band. Maintainedmainly for historical reasons, use the subbandtechnique whenever possible.
RESTRICTIONS
The band must be initialized.
