DESCRIPTION
Morphological thinning according to Haralick and Shapiro.
RESTRICTIONS
inbandmust have pixel type unsigned byte.
inbandisassumed to be binary valued, with foreground = 0,background = 255.
RETURN VALUE
0 - Ok
1 - Bad input pixel type
