DESCRIPTION
bin_kibinarizes
inbandusingthe global method of Kittler and Illingworth.The result is returned in
outband.kittler_thresholdreturns Kittler and Illingworth`sthreshold for inband.The total mean muandthe two cluster means mu1and mu2are calculated.
