transpose_img - transpose every band of a BIFF image
SYNTAX
transpose_img <infile> <outfile>
DESCRIPTION
Transpose a BIFF image. Works on all pixel types.
DIAGNOSTICS
Error messages from biff, and:
Bad number of arguments
Bad pixel type
Bad size, xsize <> ysize
RETURN VALUE
0 if success, nonzero otherwise
