pseudo2rgb - convert 1band image + colortable to rgb image
SYNTAX
pseudo2rgb <input image> <output image> <color table>
DESCRIPTION
pseudo2rgbconverts the first band of the input imageto a three band rgb output image according to thespecified color table.
