DESCRIPTION
XITE is developed at the Image Processing Laboratory,Department of Informatics, University of Oslo, Norway.XITE is software written in C for use under flavors ofthe UNIX operating system. It consists of
- File format BIFF (Blab Image File Format).
- X11-based displayprogram with Image widget and GUI.
- More than 170 programs for image processing.
- More than 300 subroutines for image processing.
- On-line documentation of routines and programs.
- Some images in BIFF format.
xshow(1)gives access to just about all the algorithmsthrough a menu interface.
