Description :
The daemon is accessible with libexalt_dbus. The aim is to manage the network.
The daemon:
* get the network configuration.
* applies a new configuration.
* manage the network configuration, example: if a card is up, the daemon will applies the configuration (dhcp or static)
* send notify on DBus when the network situation change (a new card is plug, an ip address change …).
