- Marked all patches that are strictly Mandriva configurations to be removed in

- Reenabled desktop devices on desktop ( most requested and hated bug by users )
- Fixed desktop Devices icon to query right profile ( devices:/ instead of
device:/ )
- Added tarball from kde branch as discussed on meeting in 28/06
- Obsoleted packages kdebase-kcontrol-nsplugins and kdebase-kcontrol-data

On second stage is scheduled remove external icons from package and move for
recently created mandriva-kde-icons package.

sources for a global independent solution, but a modification on kdelibs will be
required, so upload still forbidden.
