- fixed libgtk+2-common-devel depending on a backend.

- the specfile is rewritten; now it is possible to build GTK+ either with
X11 or with DirectFB backend. The generated packages are made as
non-conflicting as possible, to allow installation of GTK-X11 and
GTK-DirectFB side-by-side. -devel subpackages, however, conflict each
