- removed many Requires on library packages, let them be generated.
- dropped explicit dependency on libneon[-devel], because now we have several
libneon-devel packages in Sisyphus, and subversion depends on another version
than the one mentioned in this specfile. Better let subversion-devel choose
appropriate libneon-devel.
